What QuoteWise provides

QuoteWise provides a free planning calculator and downloadable templates for independent client work. They are general tools for organising assumptions, prices and project communication, not tax, financial, legal or accounting advice.

You are responsible for reviewing costs, scope, reserves, payment terms and your finished client documents. QuoteWise does not guarantee income, profitability, client acceptance or any specific result.

The free calculator

You can use the calculator without purchasing the kit or creating a calculator account. Its estimate depends on the figures you supply. Changing the currency label does not convert amounts, and a percentage reserve does not calculate the actual tax due.

Generated text is a draft. Complete the scope, dates and payment details, remove unused placeholders and review it before sending. Copy or download any text you want to retain. QuoteWise does not save drafts to an account; your browser may retain or restore page data.

The downloadable kit

The Confident Quote Kit is a one-time digital purchase, with purchase and access handled through Whop. The advertised €19 is the base price. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Whop shows the final total before payment.

The kit is supplied in English as a ZIP containing DOCX documents, matching PDF reading copies, an XLSX workbook and TXT files. A compatible editor is required. Native Google template links are not included; PDF copies are not interactive forms. See the kit page for the current inventory and samples.

Permitted use of the materials

You may adapt these materials for your own business and client projects. You may send completed client documents to your clients. Do not resell or redistribute the reusable kit, blank templates or workbook.

The fuller licence and file guidance are included in 00_Start_Here.pdf. Use the kit with your own inputs and check any files imported into a different editor.

The Confident Quote Kit comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If the kit is not right for you, request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase and we will refund the full amount paid for the kit. Downloading or opening the files does not cancel this voluntary guarantee.
