The web calculator and XLSX use different assumptions, so their results can differ. Neither chooses a market rate or calculates the actual tax due. Do I need a paid QuoteWise account?
No QuoteWise subscription is required for the downloadable kit. Purchase and file access are handled through Whop. You will need a compatible editor to work with the DOCX and XLSX files.
Can I use it in Google Docs or Sheets?
The kit contains DOCX and XLSX files, not native Google template links. You can import compatible files into your chosen editor; check the formatting and calculations after importing. PDF files are reading copies, not interactive forms.
Can I use the files for multiple clients?
Yes. Adapt the kit for your own client projects and send completed client documents. Resale or redistribution of the reusable kit itself is not included.
Will it choose the right price for me?
It helps you organise the estimate using your assumptions. You decide the scope, rates and terms. Calculations exclude VAT / sales tax, and no income or client-acceptance result is guaranteed.
Can I work from my phone?
You can read the PDFs on a phone. A desktop or laptop is recommended for editing the documents and working with the spreadsheet.
What if I cannot find my download?
Open the Whop account used for the purchase, choose QuoteWise, then Files. Download and extract the ZIP. If it is missing or will not open, contact the217files.media@gmail.com with the order reference and a description of the problem. Do not send card details.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. The Confident Quote Kit has a 14-day money-back guarantee. If it is not right for you, email the217files.media@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of purchase with your Whop order reference or purchase email for a full refund of the amount paid for the kit.
