The Confident Quote Kit comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If the kit is not right for you, request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase and we will refund the full amount paid for the kit. Downloading or opening the files does not cancel this voluntary guarantee.

How to request a refund

Email the217files.media@gmail.com within the 14-day period. State that you would like a refund and include your Whop order reference or the email address used for the purchase so we can locate it. Feedback is welcome but is not required for the guarantee.

Do not send card details, passwords or verification codes.

How the money is returned

We will arrange the refund through Whop to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on payment processing and your bank.

Missing or faulty files

If you cannot access the files or something does not work as described, contact the same support email. We can help with access or a replacement; you do not have to accept a replacement instead of a refund under the 14-day guarantee.

Your statutory rights

This voluntary guarantee is in addition to your rights under applicable consumer law. It does not limit any statutory rights relating to withdrawal, faulty or misdescribed digital content, or payment disputes. The 14-day guarantee period does not cut short those rights.
